Your very own expert home watcher will help keep your property running smoothly when you are not in town.  If we identify a problem, or potential for a problem during a regularly scheduled visit to your property we will contact you to discuss a resolution. Below please find some information and basic costs on our Home, Condo and Vessel monitoring packages.  If your properties home watch plan requires customization we are happy to customize as per your direction

 

Basic Services Include:

Forward first-class mail, remove newspapers and flyers from your property,

Visually check the overall condition of your single-family home/condo including exterior of home, landscaping, and interior of home,

Visually check for stains signs of water leaks, ceilings, windows and doors,

Visually check signs of pest intrusion,

Check windows for signs water or vandal intrusion and verify they are locked,

Visually check circuit breakers and reset any that have tripped,

Run garbage disposal, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer,

Check refrigerator and freezer to ensure cooling,

Run all spigots/faucets to ensure P-traps are full, and there are no leaks

Flush all toilets and wait until the run is complete,

Check thermostat and air conditioning to verify operation,

Visually check for signs of mildew and mold,

Our basic services are offered at base rates. We can customize services to fit your needs.

 

New Client Setup Fee $99

Includes first home walk through, key duplication and file setup.

Basic Services include a model 1,500 square feet or less single-family home/condo, larger properties may incur increased expense to watch.

Bi-Monthly Single-Family Home/Condo Watch: $99/month (2 visits per month).

Weekly Single-Family Home/condo Watch: $199/month.

 

Additional Services Available:

Just let us know what you need: $35 per 1/2 hour. Hours calculated based on service requested, water plants, turn over engine for car/golf cart, drive car/golf cart around block, etc.

Ensure Exterior vendors have performed duties correctly (pool and landscaping)

Inspect for the presence of pests (call pest control if necessary)

Adjust seasonal pool and irrigation timers per homeowners instructions

Change A/C filter (with owner supplied filter)

Check smoke detectors (replace batteries with owner supplied)

Verify all lighting is functional (replace light bulbs with owner supplied)

Verify Smart home features are operating correctly.

Upon request, conduct a non-scheduled visit as needed to assess property prior to a major (named) storm, and conduct a post-storm assessment.

Water indoor and patio plants if desired

Forward a report with photos upon completion of an inspection.
